Frequently Asked Questions – SRT

Q1 – IS THERE ANY REQUIREMENT FOR ME TO RECEIVE SRT?

There is no special preparation or belief system required. You don’t have to believe in past lives nor need to be “spiritual” at all. An open mind and heart are all you need to be benefited from SRT.

Clients are encouraged to prepare for an SRT session by thinking about a list of current challenges, issues, or problem areas in different areas of their life. Common issues fall within these primary four areas:

  1. money and finances
  2. career or life path
  3. relationships
  4. health, weight, and/or wellbeing

Q2 – HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

The number of sessions is determined by you. Just like most therapies, it will take multiple sessions to create longer-term effects. If you’ve had a recurring issue for over ten years, it would be unrealistic to expect that it could be resolved in two hours. If a person is experiencing a particularly challenging time or is focusing on clearing specific traumas, follow-up sessions are generally recommended on a monthly basis.

Some of the clients like to have an SRT session a few times a year for regular clearing and obtaining guidance so as to fast forward their learning.

We suggest clients to budget for more than one session: SRT Full Clearing x 1 + Follow-up SRT Session x 1 is highly recommended as a Starter Kit. If SRT is what resonates with you, make a commitment to investing in your own well-being and changes, it’s a much more sustainable solution with long-lasting effects.

Q3 – WHAT IS A “PROGRAM”?

A “program” is defined as the root cause of a problem or symptom that is negatively impacting your life. In an SRT session, we first identify those negative programs and beliefs and then clear them. The clearing of these programs connects you closer to your own innate wisdom, allowing you to make decisions that reflect your true nature and heart’s desire.

Q4 – WHAT IS DOWSING TECHNIQUE?

Dowsing technique is being used in SRT to bypass the conscious mind and connect with the subconscious and guidance within (Higher Self). The pendulum is simply a movement amplifier for the practitioner to communicate with your Higher Self using a set of charts.

Q5- WHAT COULD I EXPECT FROM SRT SESSION?

After an SRT session, usually, a sense of lightness and well-being prevail. Many clients notice a shift in their perception and are able to tackle the issues in their lives with greater ease and confidence. Some report that their problems seem to have effortlessly healed.

However, SRT is not a magic wand. While some people feel its effects immediately, others require multiple sessions to feel a shift. Others might require a multidisciplinary approach that may include other energetic or psychological support.

Q6 – WHAT SRT IS NOT?

Healing and medicine are two very different disciplines. Please remember to seek medical advice from a qualified doctor or practitioner in the case of serious illness.

SRT sessions should be used with the understanding that SRT is part of a holistic treatment plan. SRT is not meant to take the place of standard medical or psychological treatment, but to accompany and work along with it.
